Scheme Benefits Calculated from – December 2018 Onwards

Beneficiaries – Around 12 Crore Small & Marginal Farmers of India

Features of Kisan Samman Nidhi Scheme (PM Kisan)
  1. Rs. 75000 Crore has been allocated to PM Kisan Scheme in the Union Budget 2019-20
  2. This Scheme will be Funded completely by the Government of India
  3. Around 12 Crore Farmers will get Benefit of this Scheme
  4. Every Beneficiary Farmer Gets Rs. 6000 Per Year
  5. Rs. 6000 will be delivered in 3 Equal Installments of Rs. 2000 Each
  6. Implementation of PM Kisan Starts from December 2018 Onwards. This Simply means that the calculation of the Financial Help to Be Offered will be calculated from 1-12-2018
  7. The Amount gets transferred Directly to the Bank account of Beneficiaries via DBT
  8. First Installment of Rs. 2000 will be transferred in the Bank Account of the Farmers by 31st March 2019
Beneficiaries of PM Kisan Yojana
Let’s Clear that Who will get the benefit of the PM Kisan Scheme :
  1. Any Farmer Family Including Husband Wife and Less than 18 years old Children with less than 2 Hectare Land (5 Acre)
  2. If You have 2 Hectare Land but No Farming takes place in that land then you won’t get Scheme benefit
  3. If the Land of Farmer is Spread Across Various Areas, the Calculation of total land will be done.
  4. Those farmers who have more than 2 Hectare of land will not get the benefit
  5. Only those whose name appears in the Land records as on 1 February 2019 will be eligible for benefits of this Scheme
Required Documents
Every Beneficiary Farmer needs to Present Documents for Proof, Whenever required. They are :
  1. Aadhaar Card of the Beneficiary Farmer
  2. Land Ownership Proof
  3. Aadhaar Linked Bank Account Details etc.
